I understand no two kids are alike so I will tailor my nutrition plan and recommendations that are suitable for you.  I am dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to create positive changes to your family's diet and lifestyle that are realistic and sustainable

What to Expect

Step one is to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call with me to see if I’m a good fit for you. During this call, I’ll gather a brief history and learn what exactly you are looking fore. You’ll hear how I structure my programs and how I can design an individualized plan for your family.

 

Then, we’ll discuss what program is the best fit for you and get our first appointment scheduled. The initial coaching session is 60-minutes via a secure video chat. During this, I’ll gather a full history and health assessment to really understand where you’re at and what your desired goals are. We’ll develop an individualized plan with realistic goals and advice to get mealtimes underway to be more enjoyable. 

All sessions are virtual so no matter where you are located, I'm here to help!
